EXPERIENCE

A former Division 1 baseball player, Mark Meisner has a unique professional and educational background that compliments the diversified experiences of our George Law team. Mark began working in the sports industry upon his graduation from Niagara University, earning both a B.S. in sports management in 2015 and a Master of Business Administration in 2016.

Previously, Mark worked as the assistant director of baseball operations for a Detroit-based sports agency and is registered as a General Certified MLBPA Agent. He has negotiated first-year player contracts and endorsement deals for clients and has recruited both amateur and professional clients for baseball organizations at every level.

As a law clerk for two different Detroit-based firms, Mark has significant experience drafting contracts and operating agreements for clients, along with being a stellar researcher and expert in Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.

Additionally, through his studies, Mark has gained a passion for the protection of people’s rights. His sharp ability to analyze facts against the law makes him an asset to the field of criminal defense.
