Julie A. Nicholson – The Honorable Judge Julie A. Nicholson was elected to the court in the years 2000, 2002, 2012, 2014, and 2016. In September of 1997, Julie Nicholson implemented the court sponsored Critical Life Choices program for each of the school districts within the 52-3 Court’s jurisdiction.
Nancy T. Carniak – The Honorable Judge Nancy T. Carniak was appointed by the Governor and added to the court in 2002.
